Connecting in Berlin’s tech scene

Everyone’s heard by now that startups, creativity and technology are flourishing here in Berlin, but we know some of you out there are looking for ways to tap into that energy and meet the people behind all these great ideas. Tobias Jordans has compiled a list of meetups and user groups in the Berlin tech scene that could come in very handy if you’re looking for new like minds to help you bounce ideas around, or if you’d just like to get to know some people in your field.

Have a look at Tobias’ list on Google+ to see if any of the events could be of interest to you. Some of our favorites:

  • Up.front, a user group focussing on web design and front-end topics
  • Berlin Hack and Tell, a meetup for programmers to share their hacks
  • Likemind Bln, a coffee morning for anyone with tech-related interests

RSVP for Up.front or Berlin Hack and Tell, which are both coming up on Tuesday, October 11.

If you have any favorite meetups you’d like to share, leave us a comment!

Speaking at Lift Conference

For a world with so limited resources, it’s amazing how much idle-capacity we have at the moment. This does not only apply to natural resources such as minerals and forests, but also applies to human resources, such as knowledge, skills, and tangible resources such as tools and equipment.
