Happy Pancake Tuesday, everybody!
We’ll be celebrating in style tonight at the 2nd Annual Maker’s Loft Pancake Tuesday party, and thought it’d be nice to share our favourite (American/Canadian) pancake recipe. This way, you can join in on the pancakes-for-dinner festivities!
Ingredients1 cup flour1 tbsp sugar1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1 tsp vanilla extract1 tbsp oil1 cup milk (or buttermilk)1 egga pinch of salt
MethodMix ingredients together, whisking the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
Spoon mixture onto a hot pan with a 1/4 cup measure, or a ladle. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
