We’ve polished up our FAQs and made them all up to date. This was a very rewarding exercise for us, and it’s made us realize how much the members of the Gidsy Community have helped shape our platform. Big thanks go out to everyone for your great feedback and continued support. Merci beaucoup!
Here’s an overview of some of the biggest updates:
- Payment: Detailed information on when you get payed as an organizer, when you get charged as a participant and which payment methods Gidsy supports.
- Profile: We’ve made it more clear what kind of information should be in the profile, how you can pimp your profile and why providing a telephone number is so important.
- Creating Listings: There’s more background now on the guidelines of creating a listing, what details should be provided and what kind of pictures you can use.
- Managing Listings: We explain how you can edit your listing, how you schedule and edit events and how edits work once your activity was booked.
